the ULTIMATE Froyo Craze Challenge :)

for our Comaparison study we DID FROYO :))))
The challenge: 5 Froyo in a day ! at five different places to top! :))

Why: The fro-yo craze has begun in Singapore with a handful of stores opening up in the past year.

FYI: Yogurt is essentially milk or cream that is cultured with good bacteria beneficial for the body. Nutrients included are calcium, magnesium, fiber, potassium and vitamins A, C, and E. Most importantly, milk in itself is very high in calcium and hence beneficial for the bones and its frozen cousin, Fro Yo, may possibly be a good sneaky alternative for those who are lactose intolerant. --- less wind on the stomach, tried and tested

Besides, these bacteria Probiotics are enemies to harmful ones that cause bacterial infections and diseases. They also aid your digestive system, boost the immune system, lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure, and decrease the chances of urinary tract infections and yeast infections by three-fold, a common problem for females.

Yogurt may also be a good part of your diet in more ways than one. Using it as a staple and by adding a variety of fillers such as fruits, berries and/or nuts, you can have your cake, or dessert, and eat it healthy. The milk variant is also filled with protein, which provides your body with energy for the day and keeps us feeling full till the next meal - the perfect choice as a snack!
